1. The Defendant paid KRW 2,144,90 to the Plaintiff KRW 5% per annum from December 18, 2013 to November 27, 2015.

1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business name - Business name: Road project (j) - Project operator: Defendant (Jurisdiction: Busan Regional Construction Administration) - Public notice of road zone determination: Public notice of Jun. 15, 2010;
B. Adjudication of expropriation by the Central Land Tribunal on October 24, 2013 - Land subject to expropriation by the Central Land Tribunal: The land and obstacles owned by the plaintiff in the project zone are indicated below as follows:
(hereinafter) - The above land is “the instant land” and the above obstacles “the instant obstacles”: December 17, 2013: - Compensation for losses: KRW 33,494,500 (i.e., compensation for losses for the instant obstacles in the instant case at KRW 25,498,000) (i.e., compensation for losses for losses for the instant obstacles in December 12, 2013) - the Defendant deposited the above compensation for losses as the Jinju Branch Branch of the Changwon District Court at KRW 2039, Dec. 12, 2013.
The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on March 20, 2014 - Compensation for losses: dismissal of the objection on the instant land; and compensation for losses 8,221,00 won for the instant obstacles; the Defendant deposited KRW 224,500 for damages increased on April 16, 2014 (==8,221,000 - 7,96,500 won) as compensation for damages incurred to the instant obstacles (= KRW 8,221,000 - KRW 7,96,50) with the Changwon District Court Jinju Branch in 2014.
As of March 19, 2015 and September 15, 2015, each appraisal commission (the portion appraised as of October 24, 2013, which was the date of the ruling of expropriation; hereinafter “court appraisal”) with respect to appraiser D, the land subject to expropriation and the land category and size of the damaged object at the court’s appraisal amount (the original) appraisal amount (the original appraisal amount) in the south Sea-gun EF volume 82,10,004,00 Units 10,494,000 Gand 12715,494,000 units 16,265,000 units 25,498,000 units 26,761,000 units 20,000 units 26,761,000 won are the total amount of compensation for the land in this case, but the court appears to have made a clerical error as of June 26, 2006, 2006.
