B. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on March 24, 2016 (hereinafter “instant adjudication of expropriation”): D, 343 square meters and its ground purification tank (5m x 9m), etc. (hereinafter “instant land and obstacles”): The starting date of expropriation: May 17, 2016 - Compensation for losses: 353,761,000 won (i.e., compensation for losses for the instant land amounting to 328,251,000 won (=25,510,000 won for losses for the instant obstacles)
C. The Central Land Tribunal made an objection on August 25, 2016 (hereinafter “instant objection”) - The Plaintiff asserted a decrease in the price of remaining land due to the expropriation of the instant land and an increase in compensation for losses for the instant land and the storage goods - The Plaintiff shall increase the compensation for the instant land in total of KRW 7,717,50,00, and KRW 8,24,190,000, in total of KRW 526,690, and the compensation for the obstacles to the instant land - An appraisal corporation, Inc. and Gan appraisal corporation: Sail appraisal corporation, Inc.
D. As a result of the court’s appraisal, the appraiser at this court assessed the adequate compensation for the land and obstacles in this case as indicated below in the “court appraisal” column.
