1. The portion of claims for compensation for obstacles in the list Nos. 17, 18, and 19.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Project name and public announcement of project approval: The public announcement of project approval B (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”): The Defendant;

The Central Land Tribunal rendered judgment on April 26, 2018 - Compensation for losses on each of the instant lands: Total sum of the plaintiffs 147,131,760 won - Compensation for losses on the instant obstacles: Total sum of the plaintiffs 8,367,500 won - The plaintiffs filed a claim for the expropriation of the remaining land and claims for compensation due to decline in the value of the remaining land.
To this end, the Central Land Expropriation Committee is due to the decline in the value of the remaining land.
