Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the "Cpcamb" game room located in Orcheon-gu B and the first floor.

1. No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those classified by the Game Products Management Committee, or display or keep them for such purposes;

From October 6, 2014 to May 15, 2015, the Defendant installed six computers at the above “Cpcam” from around 00:00 to May 00, 2015, and, in the case of “Cpambine, spambine, spamine,” the monthly limit per customer is KRW 30,000 per customer, and in order for customers to play a game on the pertinent website, they provided game products for use different from the game products classified by the Defendant by means of a mobile phone settlement, cam registration, and then purchased the Abam, which is a fee product, and then received a rating from the Game Management Committee to run a game by receiving the Abam, which is a fee product, after purchasing the Abam, from the game products. However, the Defendant provided the said Pcam to unspecified customers by receiving cash in cash, and through the manager’s website, the Defendant directly charged the game products with the rating of the game products.

2. No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, on May 12, 2015, the Defendant exchanged 55,322 of the game money acquired by a male guest on his name in the name of around 22:15 to KRW 50,000 in cash, as well as exchanging 55,32 of the game money that he acquired through the game at the same time and place as the mentioned in the preceding paragraph, by calculating the game money and cash at the rate of 1:1 and transferring it to cash.
