Defendant

On June 28, 2013, AD was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means by the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 6, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 31, 2012, in collusion with E and AO, Defendant A conspiredd to obtain insurance proceeds by intentionally causing a traffic accident with E and AO by intentionally causing a traffic accident.

On May 31, 2012, around 10:10, on the roads of Daegu, Daegu, AP, the AR test of AP driving, insurance against the victim's malicious damage insurance company, is found to run reversely, E, AO is driving on a AS BP car prepared in advance by the defendant A, and the defendant A intentionally caused the traffic accident by driving the said rocketing car with the right side part of the AP car at the left side of the rocketing.

In addition, since the shock of a traffic accident was not serious, there was no injury to the extent of hospitalized treatment, the above traffic accident was committed as if it was caused by the driver's negligence of the car in the Tea, and the defendant, Gap, andO claimed insurance money to the victim malicious damage insurance company that was insured for the Tea Car immediately after being hospitalized at the hospital, and then the victim malicious damage insurance company from June 6, 2012 to June 25, 2012, the victim malicious damage insurance company acquired the insurance money including KRW 1,949,810, including the total insurance money of KRW 1,154,180, from June 6, 2012 to June 25, 2012, the victim malicious damage insurance company received the payment from the defendant, E, and AO.

B. On June 11, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with AM, AD, and AT, conspireded to obtain insurance money from the insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident with AM, AD, and AT.

On June 11, 2012, 13:40 around 13:40, the post office roads located in the Namdong-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, is insured to the victim Dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
