Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on October 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed the number plate of the DNA vehicle on the street in front of “C” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate of the vehicle in order to avoid the crackdown on violation of parking regulations.
