Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 16:50 on June 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the front number plate of B 1 ton truck owned by the Defendant on the street in front of the south side of the south side of 40 transmission, and made it difficult to identify the front registration number plate of the above vehicle.
