A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On September 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc., and on April 30, 2014, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced the Defendant to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Western District Court, and on May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Western District Court and completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju Women’s Prison on September 28, 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. In other words, they stolen them.

On November 16, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime of 16.19:00 on November 16, 2017, in the “M” store operated by the victim L(28 taxes) in K located in the J of Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do on November 16, 2017, which caused the victim to respond to other customers, by taking advantage of one set of 14K gold fluoring equivalent to 700,000 the market price owned by the victim on the display stand of the goods located in another place.

On November 20, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of November 20, 2017, from around 19:56 to around 20:32 on the same day, 14 K mppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp equivalent to KRW 550,00 of the market value of the victim's own 5,50,000 won.
