Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with B, C, and D, from around 00:30 on January 6, 2013 to 02:00 on the same day, using 52 cards within F’s G office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, with seven separate cards, and, pursuant to the following rules, the Defendant discarded each of the cards with the same color or the same number on the floor of the card, and the game ends as the winner, and 2, etc., 2, etc., 1,000 won, 3, 3, etc., 3,00 won, and 4, etc., 1,647,000 won, respectively, in order of less than 25 times in which the total number of the cards held at the end of the game is written.
