1. The defendant against the plaintiff A

(a) Description 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 1 of the Attached Form 2 on the ground of the land indicated in the Attached List.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Plaintiff A is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer as of July 23, 2004 by the Daejeon District Court Budget Office of the Budget Office of the Daejeon District Court as of the land specified in the separate sheet No. 21408 as of July 23, 2004, Plaintiff B is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer as of January 10, 2004 as of the land specified in the separate sheet No. 617 of the same registry office, and the owner who was granted the right to dispose of each of the above land from D, E, F, G, and H as of each 1/5 share of the land specified

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lands” in the separate sheet, and according to the sequences, “the instant land No. 0” is deemed to be “each of the instant lands.”

By December 31, 2008, the Plaintiffs leased each of the instant lands between the Defendant and the Defendant to the Defendant for the purpose of fish farm use, and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant to purchase each of the instant lands at KRW 15,000 per square meter within the lease period (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 2,430,000 per annum to the Plaintiff and KRW 3,300,000 per annum to the Plaintiff as the rent for the instant lands Nos. 1 through 6.
