Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:10 on January 19, 2013, Defendant A, along with “Dju shop” 2, which is located on the first floor of Changwon-si’s window C, Defendant A, on the ground that there was a dispute between two and four singing singing, including the victim E (the age of 46, the age of 8) and two, and the one in which the other talks with the other, and the other in which the other in which the other in-house talks with the other in-house, and the other in-house talks with the other in-house, and caused the victim’s injury, such as the damage of the other in-house character, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 19, 2013, around 21:15, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim F (56 years of age) who was the business owner of the job placement office, who was exposed to the phone calls that E was assaulted by the victim before the said “D owner” store; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to ask E for the content of damage; (c) “Is the victim’s “Is the victim’s right-hand gubbbbs,” and (d) expressed the victim’s desire to undergo approximately 14-day treatment on the part of the victim by walking the victim’s left-hand bucks once.

B. On January 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed an desire to “I am hye that I am hye that I am hye, I am hye that I am hye, I am hye, I am hye that I am hye, I am hye that I am hye, I am hume with the hand floor.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers in the process of reporting 112 cases.
