A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 19, 2016, around 20:56, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant used D registration license plate, a air conditioningr, while being aware of the fact that D registration license plate is unlawfully attached to the unregistered motorcycle (motor vehicle license plate C) at approximately 500 meters from the roads in front of the Hanyangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front road of the same Eup.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), driven the said motorcycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.130%.
