A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally using air, in collusion with B, intended to operate a Dystex motor vehicle under the name of C, which was left alone, in collusion with B, within a street parking lot where the address of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu is unknown, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu. However, if it is operated without the back number plate of the said motor vehicle, it is likely to be controlled by the police. The Defendant’s “registration number plate of Eypian motor vehicle” (No. 1) prepared by the Defendant was attached on the back number plate of the said motor vehicle.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant used the registration number plate E, a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act at the same time for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. The Defendant in an unlawful-use air defense event operated three times from the date and time as described in paragraph (1) at the place to which the registration number plate is attached to the Kuk-mixed apartment apartment parking lot located in Dobong-dong, the same day from the date and time as indicated in paragraph (1), to December 8, 2014, from that time to December 8, 2014, the said Kuk-mixed apartment parking lot to the original city F.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate of the E-automobile, which is an unlawful air defense.
