A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2020, the Defendant received 112 a report from the Daegu Suwon Police Station D District Board E (37 years old), the victim, who was dispatched to the site and was subject to the Defendant’s desire to avoid assault against the said age club employees, and continued to arrest the police officers as a flagrant offender in the crime of assault by having the police officers sell bows.

피고인은 위와 같이 현행범으로 체포된 후에도 계속하여, 위 경위에게 “내가 뭘 잘못했노, 나는 때린 적이 없다, 짭새, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하고 순찰차에 탑승하기를 거부하였고 이에 위 경위 등 경찰관 4명이 피고인의 양 어깨와 다리를 들어 순찰차 뒷좌석에 태우려고 하자, 오른발로 위 경위의 턱 부위를 2회 차 위 경위에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 턱관절장애, 턱과 측두하악(관절, 인대)의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를 가하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time, inflicted an injury on police officers who are victims.
