Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 10, 2013, at around 11:40, the Defendant driven D dump trucks without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1km from the front of the development site of the Sim Gyeong-gun, Simsan-gun, Simsan-gun to the front road of the same Myeonm Gongm-ri village.

2. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 00:10, the phenomenon in Jinju-dong was driving the E Cost Engine without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately KRW 500 meters section from the front to the front road of the modern pharmacy in the same cityedong.
