A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 24, 2013, at around 09:50, the Defendant driven a car without obtaining a driver's license from around 3 km section from the Defendant's house located in Seo-gu Daegu Metropolitan City B to the front road of the event service center located in the same Dong-dong.
