A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 8, 2012, around 15:50, the Defendant driven a passenger vehicle from the front day of the trading company in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the roads in the same Dong without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 100 meters section to the roads in the same Dong.
