Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B rocketing siren.

On June 18, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol at around 18:10 on June 18, 2020, and continued the road of the first lane in front of the South Navy C in the direction of the south Sea.

At the same time, the other vehicle passes along the road where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as: (a) safely drive the vehicle along the right side of the center line and failing to drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, by accurately operating the steering and steering system well; and (b) he has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not properly look at the front line of alcohol and did not proceed with the center line, and got a part of the victim D ( South, 50 years old) who was driving one lane in the opposite direction of the Defendant, which was driven by the victim D ( South, 50 years old).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a scarcity, from a scarcity, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence, to the victim.

2. On June 18, 2020, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 1km alcohol level of about 0.184% from the section of 1km to the front road of H in the Southern Navy, Namnam-gun, Seoul, by around 18:10 on June 18, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol level of around 0.184%.
