A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Seoul Northern District Court for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving), and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on May 21, 2019.

1. Around 08:05 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant paid attention by the victim E (the remaining, 56 years old) who operated Dworketa taxi while driving a B rocketing car and driving a B rocketing car along the three-lane road in front of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul along the two-lane distance shooting range from the front of the police box to the two-lane.

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Seoul Eastern District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking on drinking), and on May 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court.

On September 16, 2019, at around 08:05, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.137% in blood at the front of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, up to the front road.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.
