A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing motor vehicle.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) was driven by the Defendant at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 6 km section from the roads near the Chhoho Lake-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Namnam-gun, the Namnam-gun, to the roads near the Chhoho-gun, the Youngdong Police Station, to the artificial breadth-ro green route, the blood alcohol concentration of which is 0.157%.
