Defendant
A on September 1, 2016, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced three years to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 17, 2017.
Despite the fact that the Defendants were not narcotics handlers, the Defendants treated Metropha (the so-called 'copon'; hereinafter referred to as 'copon'), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

A. B. B. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately two grams of phiphonephones to G via H at the Jel in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, around H, and sold 60,000 won of phiphones.
3. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant, free of charge, issued 0.5g of phiphonephones, from the mutual influenite telecom located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, and from G, 0.5g of phiphones.
