A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated as provided for in subparagraphs 1, 3 through 8, 10, and 11.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of a psychotropic medicine;

A. On February 1, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant, at around Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si C303, and at around 18:0, the Defendant administered the Megatotop (hereinafter “philophone”) using a Megater, which is a flapped mental medicine, in a manner of spreading as soon as possible.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant administered c. 303 at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and f.o.phonephones in the above manner.

From March 2015 to April 2015, the Defendant administered a bitphone in the mutual insular telephone in Incheon Seo-gu, Incheon.

(d)

At around 00:00 on January 2016, the Defendant administered a bitphone in the E hotel located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D in the above manner.

E. At around 00:00 on January 201, 2016, the Defendant administered G telephones in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, in the foregoing manner.

F. On February 2, 2016, around 00:00, the Defendant administered mephones with a large amount of fluorl in the Iel located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H in the above manner.

G. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant administered the clickphones in Kelel located in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ in the above manner, around early 01:00.

H. On February 2016, 2016, the Defendant administered 20:00 popon copon copon copon copon copon in Seoul Special Metropolitan City L in the above manner.

2. Trading of, assistance in the sale of, and receipt and delivery of, drugs with psychotropic spirit;

A. On January 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1g 400,000 from M to 400,000.

B. On January 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 1g 400,000 square meters from M, in the Buddhist Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and purchased approximately 1g gramphones from M.

(c)

On January 1, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant sold approximately 0.4g of opon to P around O located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, about 4.50,000 won.

(d)

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant around 12:00, K Mour 707 located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, and approximately 0 opphones to P.
