On November 5, 2012, the Defendant driving the said van without a driver’s license around 22:10 on November 5, 2012, and driving it on the front of the Yannam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City roads in front of the Yancheon-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
