A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the commission of bodily injury at the Seoul Southern District Court, and two years for the suspension of six months for the commission of property damage at the Incheon District Court on October 15, 2015, respectively, and on January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court on January 19, 2017.

1. 31. Upon the final and conclusive judgment, each of the above suspended sentence was invalidated, and the execution of each of the above suspended sentence was completed in the Daegu Prison on April 22, 2019.

1. No person who violates the Railroad Safety Act or who inflicts an injury shall hinder the performance of duties of railroad workers by assaulting or threatening them;

On February 2, 2020, at around 13:30 on February 13:30, the Defendant: (a) placed a complaint on the guide electric sign board operation operated by the first guest room of the Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Incheon-do electric train B, and opened the engine room several times; (b) placed the train out of the engine room and stop the train in D; and (c) prevented the victim from leaving the engine room and the Defendant; and (d) placed the victim’s desire to remove the car, such as the C’s head, sprinking, and sprinking the passenger and sprinking the passenger, leading the passenger room and sprinking the passenger, leading the passenger room; (b) put the victim C’s snow part one time in drinking with the head, and sprinking it into the said D platform.

At around 13:36 on the same day, the Defendant continued to commit assault against an engineer on the platform and left to the victim E (the age of 26) who is a social work personnel belonging to the station, who was dispatched after receiving a report of assaulting the engineer, and the victim E puts the left part of the victim E on his hand, and drawn up the victim C more than the victim C in order to speak, and left the head and flaps.
