A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:10 on October 12, 2019, the Defendant attempted to damage property from the platform No. 6-2 of the Busan subway No. 1 Line C Station, located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant attempted to walk the above platform screen, which is managed by the victim D (year 51) without any reason, but failed to bring about an attempted attempt.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties regarding suppression and investigation of crimes.
