A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court for the defendant on April 13, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on January 23, 2018.

As a result, the defendant used the victim's vehicle temporarily without the victim's consent, and stolen the victim's property.

2. On June 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and enters a door, which is owned by the injured K(33) who was parked therein, in front of Dong-gu, U.S., U.S. around 04:45, and was located therein.
