A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on September 13, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 13, 2017. On February 7, 2018, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month.

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 1, 2017, the Defendant opened a door at the Samsung Apartment 109-dong, Samsung Apartment 21, which is located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, 66-ro 21, and opened a door that does not correct the victim C's rocketing car in front of the 109-dong parking lot, and carried 1.50,000 won for male employees and 1.20,000 won for cash.

2. On November 9, 2017, around 00:30 on the front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) laid down a stringer in the open window cresh of the victim E, parked therein, and laid down the stringer, and (b) opened the 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the said taxi.

3. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant opened at the first floor parking lot of the North Korean Pacific apartment in the Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, 136-ro 28, and opened a door that is not corrected by the victim F, who is parked therein, of the victim F, and carried the cash amounting to KRW 50,000 and KRW 100,000 gift certificates, which are owned by the victim.

4. At around November 13, 2017, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the first floor parking lot of the above North Korean Ambac apartment underground, and opened a door that was not corrected for the victim G's Bosch Rexton car parked therein, and kept four copies of cash KRW 200,000 and merchandise coupons for the department store equivalent to KRW 110,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property for four times.
