Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2013, at around 23:24, the Defendant damaged the property by leaving his mobile phone in front of the market price of the Eunststststet vehicle owned by the victim, who discovered the Defendant who walked three lanes in the direction of the suburban area in the south-do Art Center located in Seocho-dong 370, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, in the direction of the suburban area, on the ground that at least four lanes on the road, the victim DNA, who discovered the Defendant stopped the vehicle and broken down the light after driving the vehicle.

2. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender committing the crime of property damage to the F police box belonging to the Seocho Police Station at the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 23:40 on May 1, 2013.

피고인은 2013. 5. 2. 00:50경 서울 서초구 서초동 1726에 있는 서울서초경찰서 정문 앞 신호대기 중이던 순찰차 내에서, 피고인이 경위 H에게 반말과 함께 ‘씨팔’이라고 욕을 하는 것에 대해 피해자인 경사 G가 운전석에 앉은 채 ‘아버지 같은 분에게 좀 예의를 지켜 달라’라고 말했다는 이유로, ‘니가 뭔데 씨팔!’이라고 욕을 하면서 순찰차 중간의 열린 칸막이로 손을 집어넣은 다음 피해자가 쓰고 있는 안경을 손으로 낚아채 바닥에 떨어뜨리고 옷을 붙잡고 당겨 형광조끼가 찢어지고 지퍼를 망가트렸으며, 목이 옷에 쓸려 빨갛게 붓고, 왼손목이 칸막이에 눌려 피부가 벗겨지게 하는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
