A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated, in accordance with subparagraphs 1 through 3 and 5 through 35.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to post a telephone to purchase KRW 2.5g 1 million from C, a local mental medicine, in return for promising C to purchase KRW 2.5g 1 million; (b) on March 29, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.5g g of the phone from C in Ansan-si, Ampick-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si, Ampik-si; and (c) the remainder 2g of the penphone was received at the time of delivery on the following day; and (d) purchased the log by depositing KRW 1 million in the bank account (G) of F, used by C around 15:08 on the same day.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not qualified to handle narcotics, the Defendant was parked in a parking lot in front of the residence of the Defendant, located in the Ha or 301 Hasan-si, Hasan-si, Hasan-si, Hasan-si, Ha

B. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not qualified to handle narcotics, the Defendant was parked in the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2-A on March 2018, 2018.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant did not have the qualifications to handle narcotics, the Defendant administered the Mael 317, supra, around March 29, 2018, by dilution with water in a disposable injection machine, among phiphones purchased from C on March 29, 2018.

(d)

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant did not have the qualifications to handle narcotics, on March 29, 2018, administered Maur 317 of the Ecom 317, which was purchased from C on March 29, 2018, by dilution with water in a disposable injection machine.

3. Cannabis.
