A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[B] On December 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on the part of December 19, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 9, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On April 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from C to request writingphones; (b) in return, received transfer of KRW 400,000 from the account in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant.

On April 26, 2015, the Defendant sent approximately 0.75g of opon-phones contained in the single-use engine to a shopping bag, and had C receive it from the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New Distribution Complex around 11:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injected philophones into his arms in his dwelling area located in Yangsan-si building E, 108 Dong 1006; and (b) injected them into his arms by dilution them with water for a disposable divers.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

B. On June 2015, the Defendant, at the places indicated in the preceding paragraph, injected philophones into his arms by dilutioning them into water at a single-use injection unit.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

On July 2015, the Defendant, at the same place as a police officer on July 2015, injected philophones into his arms by dilution them with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

On December 17, 2015, the Defendant, at his own residence located in Yangsan-si Fum 401, injected philophones into his arms in a single-use injection machine by dilutioning the volume of philophones into water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

3. On December 17, 2015, the Defendant holding philophones is divided into two types of disposable injection equipment around his residence in Yangsan-si G.
