A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

860,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement, etc. of deserted objects from possession at the Busan District Court on April 29, 2017, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Busan District Detention Center. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter (one philopopon, hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon,”) who is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. A bank section B of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. decided to purchase 0.7g philopon from C, and remitted 100,000 won to a bank account (number: E) used by C around April 2, 2018.

On April 2, 2018, upon receipt of a request from B to bring B with B with B, the Defendant laid off approximately 0.7g of opon from C in the “G” room located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and laid down the said opon to B at the residence of B located in the Geum-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones by B and C.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into jus, on April 20, 2018.

B. On April 24, 2018, at around 13:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting the volume of phiphones into a single-use injection machine in Seo-gu Jel K, Seo-gu, Busan, and dilution with vegetable water.

On May 5, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with raw water at around the residence of Fluxung-gu, Busan, the Defendant administered philophones by means of dilution.

On September 27, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the volume of philophones into a single diversary in the public toilet located in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City L, and dilution them with bio-divers and inserting them into the pots.
