A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2019, in order to raise living expenses, the Defendant intruded into the restaurant of the petition-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and stolen money and valuables, and scam the subject thereof, and scamed into the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, which was operated by the victim C, at around 00:54, 150,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

In addition, from the above date to May 25, 2019, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant operated by the victims at night, as shown in attached Table 1, and stolen cash of KRW 1,090,000 and KRW 1,000,000 owned by the victims at a total of six times, and attempted to steals cash owned by the victims on four occasions, but failed to achieve that intent.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. Around March 16, 2019, the Defendant acquired one NH Nonghyup Card Co., Ltd., owned by the victim F from the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Defendant.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

B. Around March 18, 2019, the Defendant acquired one cash card in the Kakao Bank’s possession of the victim I lost in front of the Hakao Bank’s cafeteria’s store, which was located in Cheongju-si, a large amount of Cheongju-si.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

3. On March 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,900 from “Luss” operated by the Cheongju-si, U.S. J Victims K; (b) and (c) completed the purchase.
