Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A. From around 19:00 on March 12, 2019 to around 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) 2: (b) obtained a C body card lost by the victim B (the victim 17 years old) on the street near the youth plaza 105-3 (the victim 17 years old). B.
