1. The sales contract concluded on June 20, 2017 between the defendant and C with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet between the defendant and C is 365.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Ground D Factory (hereinafter “Plaintiff Factory”)

(2) A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) is a company engaged in the manufacturing of singing, singing, etc. in the manufacturing industry. (2) A (hereinafter referred to as “F”) was engaged in the manufacturing and selling business of plastic products, such as showers and singings, etc., in the remaining E-Ground Factory (hereinafter referred to as “instant factory”) located behind the Plaintiff’s factory. F Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “F”) was engaged in the manufacturing and selling business of electric motors, transmission, etc. in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Ground Factory (hereinafter referred to as “F factory”) located on the left side of the Plaintiff’s factory.

3) The Defendant’s respective real estate listed in the separate sheet from C (hereinafter in this case, the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 as “instant land”) and combined with the instant factory building as “instant real estate.”

B. On May 24, 2017, around 22:53, a fire occurred in the instant plant (hereinafter “instant fire”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

) Part of the 1st, the 2nd and the H restaurant attached to the 1st and upper floors of the instant factory was destroyed, and the Plaintiff’s factory, which was adjacent thereto, destroyed part of the building of the factory operation, guard room, and warehouse operation building and its accessory tent warehouse, and suffered damage therefrom. The machinery, inventory assets and office fixtures inside the instant factory were damaged, and the F factory was damaged by the machinery, equipment, inventory assets and office fixtures inside the building, and the F factory was damaged by the exterior walls and internal products of the building (in dispute between the parties about the cause of fire and the point of fire), and thus, the latter was examined.

C. On May 24, 2017, as a result of the inspection of the South East Fire Station on the instant fire site, the fire station in the South East East Fire Station conducted each fire investigation on May 25, 2017, May 25, 2017, May 28, 2017, May 28, 2017, and June 1, 2017, and June 5, 2017, among fire site surveys prepared by the South East East Fire Station.
