A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the criminal defendant as provided in subparagraphs 5 through 14.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the nationality of Malaysia, entered Korea with 10 credit cards in the name of the Defendant, forged through a person called Malaysia in the territory of Malaysia, and had the Defendant buy tax-free goods at Incheon Airport Tax Exemption Points, and had the intent to sell them at Malaysia.

1. Fraud;

A. On August 25, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant presented to the employee the name of the Defendant, as if the Defendant had no capacity or intent to pay the credit card price, and was issued one copy of the air route of the Incheon- Kuk-gu Incheon-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 2851 Incheon International Airport 3, the Defendant was forged, and thus, the Defendant was issued one copy of the air route of the 623,500 won at the market price from the said employee.

B. On the same day, at around 13:32, the Defendant: (a) was forged at the time of “lubro” store operated by the Victim Hotel, Inc., Ltd., located in the Incheon International Airport Tax Exemption Zone; (b) thus, as if he had no capacity or intent to pay the credit card price, the Defendant presented to the employee F, who works at the same place, as if he had been issued with no capacity or intent to pay the credit card price, and was issued a number of male bagss equivalent to KRW 2,475,660 ($ 2,420) at the market price from the above F.

C. At around 14:15 on the same day, the Defendant received one Belgium for men equivalent to 746,790 won (US$ 730) at the market price owned by the Victim Hotel Co., Ltd. (US$ 746,790) and one Belgium for men equivalent to 803,055 won ( US$ 785) at the same time.

At around 15:39 on the same day, the Defendant paid the credit card price on the ground that the VIA card (G) issued by UOB bank was forged.
