A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of intrusion upon a structure at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 22, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around June 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime, following the vehicle in a public toilet, used a mobile phone camera to take a luxical image of women; (b) taken a luxical camera into the public female toilet located in Gwangju City B on June 18, 2019; and (c) taken a luxical camera in which female victims in distress reported luxine using a mobile phone camera to the upper part of the luxical screen in which female victims reported luxine by using the mobile phone camera; and (d) taken a luxic image of the victim by going to the upper part.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on public toilets, which are public use places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, and taken the body of another person against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc.

On July 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into a public toilet, used a mobile phone camera; (b) went into a public toilet located in Gwangju City around 17:50 on July 4, 2019; and (c) taken a dynamic image image of the body of the victim by using a mobile phone camera in which the female victim in the name is able to melt his/her tile, using the mobile phone camera; and (d) going into the public toilet located in Gwangju City around 17:50 on July 4, 2019; and (c) using the mobile phone camera in which the female victim reported melt,
