A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery in the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on November 8, 2014.

1. 3. On January 15, 2015, the Defendant came to G Women’s toilets located in 11:44 on the 15th day of 2015, and when using the Defendant’s mobile phone function as a camera, the Defendant intruded women’s toilets against the intent of the manager of the said building, in which the Defendant’s mind to take a lusent image in the toilet was unknown and his name was unknown.

The defendant entered his toilet partitions and the female victim in the name unexplosion in the next partitions, including taking the victim's cell phone above the victim's mobile phone, and the defendant's name unexplosion as well as the victim's mobile phone.
