A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), solicited E to engage in commercial sex acts, stating that “all young females who run the above place are 30,00 won,” and arranged commercial sex acts two to three times repeatedly, by disregarding them.
2. Damage to property;
A. On July 21, 2013, at around 05:45, the Defendant collected 40,000 won of the market price owned by the victim G (n, 30 years of age) located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, on the front day of the Hindo operated by the Defendant, at around 05:00 on the same day, that the Defendant was issued a police officer who was dispatched to the same place with a disturbance of drinking alcohol at the same time, and was found to have a stikeer, and thereby, caused its utility by gathering 4,00 won as the ground floor at the market price owned by the said victim at the entrance of the boarding house.
B. At around 00:10 on July 23, 2013, the Defendant reported the victim G to the police due to the disturbance of alcohol, the damage of property, etc., and found the victim G at the above Hen’s house to be a criminal case, thereby debrising to the Defendant’s desireing to “at the same year, the death day,” and destroying the entrance door (80cm) equivalent to KRW 50,00,000 at the market price of the above victim’s possession.

3. On November 3, 2013, around 09:35, the Defendant threatened the said victim on the ground that the victim K (the age of 56) was punished by a fine on the day he was wraped within the “J” located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and the victim K (the age of 56) was punished by his/her own and wrap, and the excessive amount (the total length of 23 cm and 12 cm in its knife length) is a dangerous object prepared in advance.
