A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed the crime of this case with respect to the fact that the victim C (the 52-year old-age) who had maintained the internal relations with the Defendant and living together with the Defendant, left his residence and was living together with the victim D (the 50-year-age-age-old).
1. On June 8, 2015, around 01:00 on June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim EF rocketing car owned by the victim C, which was parked without correction, into the front line of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) cut off the sum of KRW 2.50,000,000, including one black box, and one fireproof car owned by the victim.
2. On June 9, 2015, around 01:00 on June 9, 2015, the Defendant suffered property damage by means of making the victim C-owned passenger cars write down two knife with knife at the above place.

5. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant’s residential intrusion and property damage around 11:00 on June 23, 2015, at around 11:00 of the Victim C’s residence in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Defendant destroyed the front door glass of 80,000 won at the market price by leaving the stone, and breaking the said house through the said place, 4 of the windows glass in the outside 80,000 won outside the market price, 90,000 won at the market price in the living room, and 1,60,000 won at the market price in total, such as those with the floor of the city, flaps, fel, liquid, cremation, cremation, cosmetics, and cosmetics.
