Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 2015, the Defendant, while being aware of the fact that tobacco 400 mills (AW) was smugglinged for export exported from D from Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, etc., and imported in Korea, was exported from Korea, and then sold to B at a price of KRW 8.8 million on the same day from the import miscellaneous store for B operation in Seoul, Jung-gu, and the second underground level, acquired and transferred the smuggling goods at KRW 9.6 million on the same day.

In addition to this, the Defendant acquired and transferred 8,200 bits of smuggling imported tobacco worth KRW 369 million at the market price in the same way from August 2015 to April 2016 in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

B. On December 15, 2015, the Defendant re-purchaseed the smuggling amounting to KRW 23 million on the roads of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and around November 2015, the 1,000 lux of smuggling imported tobacco he sold (the market price of KRW 45 million).

2. Defendant B

A. On August 2015, the Defendant, at a store for import miscellaneous sales of the Defendant’s operation in Seoul, Jung-gu E and 2 underground floors, exported from A to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, etc., and acquired the smuggling items by purchasing 400,000,000,000 won of tobacco for export for export, which is equivalent to KRW 18,000,000,000, imported in Korea.

In addition, the Defendant acquired smuggling import tobacco worth KRW 369 million in the market price in the same way from August 2015 to April 2016 in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 12.

B. On December 15, 2015, the Defendant, on the road of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sold to A, around November 2015, 100 lux tobacco imported from A (the market price of KRW 45 million) purchased from A with a resale of KRW 23 million.
