A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On May 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million by larceny, etc. from the Changwon District Court's Jinwon Branch's Jinju Branch's Branch's Seoul District Court's Seoul District Court's Seoul District Court's order on August 17, 2016, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by larceny, etc. on February 3, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the property in the same manner as that of the above E Company in the same manner as that of the victim’s possession in the tobacco display site; and (b) stolen the said property with 5,30,00 won of the victim’s market price in the tobacco display site; (c) 0.14 square meters of the AWU, and 0.4 square meters of the AWU; and (d) of the AWU, with 4 square meters of the AWU.D.

4. On October 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the property in the same manner as the above E Company in the same manner in the said place; and (b) stolen the property by having the 630,000 won of the market price owned by the victim in the tobacco display site, with the Spain social aggregate of 1mg, 7m of Span social aggregate of Spain; (c) 2m of Eradical social aggregate of Eradradem, Eradem, Eradem or Eradem. 1m of Eradem.

5. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant thought that property will be stolen at the foregoing location around 11:58.
