On December 18, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the E office located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, stating that the Defendant did not engage in real estate rental business at the time and was thought to be used for personal debt repayment and living expenses, despite that he did not receive money from the victim C, the Defendant, who is a workplace partner, was raising the amount of KRW 3 million per month by running a real estate short-term rental business. On the other hand, the Defendant may obtain approximately KRW 10-12% of the amount invested.”

The Defendant received 12,712,00 won in total over 15 times, as stated in the attached list of crimes, from the victim to the Defendant’s bank account (F) in the name of the same day as the money invested by the victim, and received 12,712,00 won in total from May 1, 2013.

2. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 13 million from July 1, 2013, which was previously prepared by C using the test color pen in the office of “E” located in Busan East-gu, Busan; and (b) received KRW 8 million on July 31, 2013, by using the test color pen;

9. 30.5 million won shall be refunded.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of cash custody certificate in the name of G, a private document.

3. On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) issued a forged cash storage certificate to C, who was aware of the forgery in the said E office at the early police officer’s office; and (b) exercised the same.
