Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, each of the above cases against the defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Defendant
On August 2012, A posted a letter of loan counseling to NAV, an Internet portal site, to obtain a loan at the end of time. On September 2012, 2012, Defendant B reported the above letter to Defendant A and advised Defendant A to apply for a loan as security by his mother’s apartment in his/her name, and ordered Defendant A to prepare a copy of his/her identification card and a certificate of his/her seal impression.
After that, around September 11, 2012, at the G Lending Brokerage Office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant A’s mother did not provide Defendant A’s loan Nos. 101 and 407 of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government H Apartment-gu 101 and 407, which he own, as a collateral for Defendant A’s loan, the Defendants collected the loan from the lending company by preparing a loan agreement, loan certificate, certificate of lease contents, and written notice of appeal right.
1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On September 11, 2012, the Defendants forged private documents: (a) written the documents to be applied for a loan with Defendant A as the debtor to Defendant B at the above office of Defendant B’s operation; and (b) written the “personal information of the collateral provider” column of the loan contract using official seals; (c) written “E, J, K, L, and Seo-gu, Incheon, HPT 101, 407,” and written “the amount of loan, real estate indication, contract date, and loan expiration date” column as “the amount of loan, KRW 40,00 (Won 40,000,000)”; (d) written the document stating “the owner’s personal information and seal on September 13, 2012; and (e) written the document form and seal on September 13, 2012; and (e) written the document form and seal on September 13, 2013; and (e) written the document form and seal on KRW 3000,3000,30000.
