A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate access authority and shall infringe on another person's secrets processed, stored or transmitted through the information and communications network.

On January 2016, the Defendant, at an overseas website C (hereinafter “C”) via which the Internet address (UR and IP) of the other party’s IP camera server and Blupt attack (Brute Program) (hereinafter “1234,” 99, etc., “1234,” etc., of “12399,” which were used in the account of the manager, manager, and password without permission, was found to be able to view the other party’s private life on a real-time basis or to record the “Ocam,” etc., a video program.

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, by using a computer, visited the said C site, and then entered the victim F’s IP camera Web web page server, which was posted on the said website, into the original account and password column or “G”, which was established by the Defendant, and accessed the said F and his family members into the IP camera server without permission, and viewed and recorded the pages where they live in their residence.

In addition, from January 12, 2016 to October 11, 2017, the Defendant infringed on an information and communications network without legitimate access authority over 945 times on the 44 IP camera Web pages installed by the victim F, etc., as described in the separate crime list, and infringed on other persons’ secrets processed, stored, or transmitted by the information and communications network.
