Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was released on April 29, 2016, when he/she was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on September 10, 2015, and was released on April 29, 2016, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on May 21, 2016. Defendant B was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on October 17, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 13, 2016.

1. The Defendants: (a) discovered the E1 ton of the vehicle parked at the bus stop located next to the 27 iron farm apartment 910-dong, the victim F was parked at around December 28, 2016, on the following grounds: (b) the Defendants came to know that they would steal the vehicle on the tower; (c) the Defendant reported the network around the vicinity; (d) the Defendant Company B opened a door by opening a string door under the above and opening a string door; (d) opened a string door; and (e) opened a string door by inserting the string door; and (e) 200,000 won of the market price by driving the vehicle at the bus stop located next to the 27 iron farm 910,000 won.

2. The Defendants, as stated in paragraph 1, attempted to steal the vehicle from the E tower and to abandon it, while driving the vehicle while driving, and to commit a second offense.

The Defendants: (a) while on December 28, 2016, the Defendants: (b) discovered a vehicle of KRW 23 million on the street parking lot located in Haban-gu, Haban-gu; (c) cut off a vehicle of KRW 1 ton of the victim by means of the same method as described in paragraph (1); and (d) stolen a vehicle of KRW 23 million at the market price by Defendant B while driving the vehicle.
