1. Defendants A, B, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant C’s joint crimes were in charge of the disposal of defective amounts in the company L 1 factory in the old-si city, and Defendant B was in charge of the disposal of defective amounts in the company.

Defendant D and Defendant E, as they would normally supply the above gambling using a supplied vehicle of the victim company, intended to take charge of the following roles: (a) the delivery of the above gambling to Defendant A; (b) the delivery of the above gambling to Defendant C; and (c) the Defendant C’s disposal of defective amounts.

Around 18:30 on September 25, 2017, the paper packages up to 10 boxes. Around 18:30 on September 25, 2017, six of the above boxes were loaded in the O tower, which is a vehicle supplied by the victim company, with Defendant E, and Defendant E drive the train, Defendant E delivers the above six boxes to Defendant A in front of the " Q convenience store" located in the Gyeongbuk-gu P of the west-gun of the train. Defendant A, on the same day, loaded the said six boxes into the RP car operated by himself and delivered it to Defendant C with the house of Defendant C, which is located in Chungcheongnam-do.
