A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A colored pine trees that can be stolen from E on the racing-si, and suggested that he stolen pine trees to Defendant B to prepare money, and contacted F who is the driver of the vehicle in the train and asked for the transportation of pine trees in KRW 50,000 per day.

1. From May 24, 2015 to May 26, 2015, the Defendants: (a) cut away pine trees of approximately KRW 6 million in total from KRW 12,000,000, total of the originating prices of the victim G owned by the victim who was selected in advance in the above mountain at night; and (b) cut off f from the train driven by F.

2. From June 15, 2015 to June 17, 2015, the Defendants: (a) cut away pine trees of approximately KRW 6 million in total from 12,000,000, total of the originating prices of the victim G owned by the victim who was selected in advance in the above mountain at night; and (b) cut off f from the train driven by F.

3. The Defendants, at night from July 17, 2015 to July 19, 2015, tried to cut away pine trees of approximately KRW 6 million equivalent to 14,000,00 in total of the originating prices owned by the victim G, who were selected in advance in the above mountain at night, and attempted to cut off to the train driven by F. However, the Defendants were arrested by the police officer dispatched upon receipt of the report, and did not commit an attempted crime.

As a result, the Defendants conspired, using a vehicle at night, stolen the product from a forest, and attempted to steal the product from a forest.
