Details of the disposition

The plaintiff, as a major pharmaceutical company, is operating the following factories (hereinafter referred to as the "factory of this case") in Ansan-si member B.

The plaintiff, around September 201, planned to transfer Plant A Port Cancer C, capsulul C, Drant Plant C's antibiotics (API) Plant Palant Palant Pest Posin (API) Plant Perant Perant Posin Synthetic (API), which is located in Ansan-gun (the plaintiff claimed that only Plant A and B factories are transferred among the factories of this case, while the defendant asserted that the factories of this case are entirely transferred, the defendant is claiming that the factories of this case are wholly located) to the Do Industrial Complex D (hereinafter referred to as "D Agricultural and Industrial Complex"), and the plaintiff submitted an application for the subsidy of KRW 19 of the Special Act on Balanced National Development, Article 17 of the former Enforcement Decree of Balanced National Development (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2441, Mar. 23, 2013) to the local government's investment subsidy of KRW 500 billion (API) and the revised subsidy of KRW 21610 billion (2.1-14 billion).
