[Unagreemented] Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault therapy for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2019 to October 2019, the Defendant was in the relationship between the victim B (V, 36 years of age) and the Buddhist relationship.

1. On September 18, 2019, around 09:46, the Defendant taken photographs against his will using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function, which led the victim, who was in an influorial relationship at a place no higher than Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, taking pictures of the rear fluoric relationship, where the victim was seated in the driver’s seat in the Defendant’s car.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

2. On November 14, 2019, the Defendant sent a mobile phone text message with the content that he/she notified the Defendant of his/her inhumanity relationship with the Defendant and sent it to the mobile phone text message with the following: (a) on the ground that the Defendant terminated his/her inhuman identity relationship and notified the Defendant of his/her inhumanity relationship; (b) on the ground that: (c) on the ground that the Defendant notified the Defendant of his/her inhumanity relationship; (d) the victim’s inhuman name, who is his/her husband, was not his/her husband; (e) whether he/she made such notification; and (e) whether he/she made it known that his/her sexual desire would not have been resolved from the beginning; and (e) the Defendant sent his/her photograph of the similarity of the act taken as above to the Defendant’s inhumanity relationship with the Defendant:

In this respect, the defendant provided photographs against the will of the person to be taken.
