A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2012, the Defendant destroyed and damaged property by gathering 15,00 won of the market price at which the victim displayed on the display stand, without any reason, from the upper point of “F” of the “F” in the D market located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.

2. Interference with business;

A. On April 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s occupation and operation by force by obstructing customers’ access to the business site of the victim, i.e., getting off clothes under the influence of alcohol before “H rice farm” in the operation of the victim G, which was located in the said D market; and (b) obstructing the victim’s party’s occupation and operation.

B. On June 2013, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s priority business by force by forcing the victim to go against his or her will while under the influence of alcohol before “JJ” in the operation of the victim I, which was in the said D market.

C. On June 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s disturbance on the street in front of the “Lcafeteria” operated by the victim K, and obstructed the customer’s access by avoiding disturbance without any justifiable reason; and (b) interfered with the victim’s superior business by force.

On July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid a frighter’s disease cited by hand in front of “Nma” in the “Nma” operation of the victim M in the said D market, and (b) took a bath over several times in a large amount of time, namely, “Chewing frighten”, and (c) took a simple frighter at the same place, and obstructed the victim’s superior business by force, thereby obstructing the victim’s access by avoiding disturbance, thereby obstructing the victim’s superior business.

E. On July 17, 2013, the Defendant expressed a bath to an unspecified customer who wishes to enter a store in front of the “P shop” in the victim’s O operation in the said D market and the “Rbbbre house” in front of the victim’s Q operation without any justifiable reason and without any reason, to the display stand.
